We are excited to announce that Thankful has received two recognitions from G2, the largest and most trusted software marketplace.

 

The G2 Awards:

Based on authentic peer-reviews, G2 ranked Thankful as a High Performer in Conversational Support Software and Customer Self-Service Software. 100% of users rated Thankful 4 stars and above - with 95% of those users giving a 5-star rating. Thankful also has an average rating of 9.2 out of 10 for Ease of Use and 9.7 out of 10 for Quality of Support. Both ratings are nearly half a point higher than the Intelligent Virtual Assistant Average.
