We are biting gold this fall as Thankful brings home not five, but SIX G2 awards in various categories! We are proud of our team whose hard work has earned us these recognitions and grateful to our customers who have taken the time to leave us authentic reviews. 


For the third quarter in a row, G2 has named Thankful a High Performer in the Intelligent Virtual Assistant Software, Customer Self-Service Service, and Mid-Market Customer Self-Service categories. Thankful also earned, “Easiest To Do Business With” and “Best Support” awards by receiving an 8.6 out of 10 on the Intelligent Virtual Assistants Relationship Index. 


This quarter we welcome the Momentum Leader badge to our collection. Our score in this category is calculated by a proprietary algorithm that factors in social, web, employee, and review data that G2 has deemed influential in a company’s momentum. This particular badge is only awarded to the top four Intelligent Virtual Assistant Solutions in the market!
