It’s official: in-person events are back!

Last week, Team Thankful took on Palm Springs for eTail West 2022. We joined the world’s biggest retailers, vendors, and industry experts at JW Marriott Desert Springs Resort & Spa for three action-packed days of strategizing and connecting.

It’s about time we met our friends over at RedRoute in person! ICYMI: we announced the Thankful and RedRoute partnership earlier this year, so we were really excited to finally meet IRL. We even got to team up and show eTail attendees the power of leveraging best-in-class AI automation across voice and every text-based support channel.

Cocktails, Conversations, and CX

Another eTail West highlight was the event we hosted at Jillian’s. Our team had a fantastic time conversing with attendees over cocktails and an amazing dinner. If you’re ever in Palm Desert (maybe for eTail West 2023 👀) we highly recommend Jillian’s for fine dining!
